Wealthy Spirituality

Through the "social network" I received this ad:

Dear Ignatian Friends and Travel Enthusiasts,

Pack your bags, flip-flops, and tanning lotion for an exciting New Year's Ignatian Spirituality Cruise aboard the elegant Holland America Oosterdam. Join me, as ship's chaplain and your spiritual guide, and Jesuit alumni and friends from across the U.S. on a 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise, departing from San Diego on December 31.

Each day, there will be the opportunity to celebrate Mass as well as to deepen one's faith. As 2012 begins, we will celebrate the important feasts of Mary, Mother of God, the Holy Name of Jesus, along with our American saints St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, and St. John Newmann. During our days at sea, January 2 and 6, I will be offering two optional seminars on Ignatian prayer and spirituality. Topics will include St. Ignatius’ well-known Examination of Conscience prayer and Essentials of Ignatian Spirituality.

I also look forward to joining you for meals, excursions in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, or relaxing social occasions. If you have always wanted to go on a cruise, this is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the renowned service of Holland America while starting the year off with renewed spiritual perspective. If you’ve cruised before, then you already know how enjoyable these voyages can be.

There are no words to convey how much this disgusts me.
